2. Subject matter
This Policy sets out the terms and conditions applied by the Company aiming at the protection of privacy of www.addfestival.gr users. This Policy includes the rules that we apply in the collection and processing of your personal data, and we ensure confidentiality of this information.

We will not store user – customer personal data related to online payment of our products, such as numbers and payment card security codes. Such data will be collected and processed exclusively by and under the responsibility of the partnered bank during the sale process and completion of each sale through redirection, that is, transfer of the user through the Website to a webpage controlled by the payment institution. Transactions shall be governed by Viva Payments terms of transactions.
Furthermore, we will not collect or gain access in any manner to sensitive personal data of our users – customers. In case any user posts sensitive information on our Website, such sensitive information will be removed as soon as we become aware of such fact.
