Terms & Conditions – Ticketing guidelines

To purchase your ticket for this event you should login in your personal account, then select the type of ticket you wish to issue. When purchase process is complete, you will receive an email with subject title “ADD FESTIVAL 2019 Ticket #ORDER_NUMBER – Spotlight POS”. In the body of the email will appear the information you have provided during the order process.

If you do not receive this email in your inbox, you might want to check your unsolicited mail boxes (junk / spam). If the email cannot be found in your unsolicited mail boxes, you may send an email to info@addfestival.gr and provide the details of your order. You will exchange the purchase confirmation email with your tickets at the entry of the venue of the event of May 25, which will be in the form of a wristband (wearable). This wristband will also be your virtual wallet by which you will be able to purchase in advance, through this webpage or even during the event, the products you wish. Products will be purchased in advance through this webpage or at the dedicated ticket desks inside the venue. After the event ends, any balance remaining in the wallet-wristband will be returned in cash at the company’s registered seat (6-8, Avramiotou street), between May 27 and June 27, on business days and from 10.00 to 18.00 hours.

We will not store user – customer personal data related to online payment of our products, such as numbers and credit/debit card security codes.

No refund or change of tickets and tokens can be made after transaction process is completed. This also applies to tickets that have been lost, stolen or destroyed. Attendance of the event shall mean for all participants that they express their explicit and unconditional consent to appear in any film, photo, audio and/or video recording that might be utilized in any media for promotion/communication purposes related to that specific event at any time, worldwide. Purchase of the ticket, use of the ticket and entrance to the venue of the event shall mean acceptance and consent to filming and photographing of the entire event and of the fact that spectators and of any minors that such spectators will accompany may appear at the general photo shooting and video recording and footage of the festival. Audiovisual material of the event shall be kept in the Company’s records.

TERMS OF USE

The Company “PAN. PILAFAS & CO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP” (hereinafter referred to in short the “Company”) is a service provider operating under the below outlined terms of use which visitors of the website should read carefully before visiting/using the services pages. By accessing the website www.addfestival.gr (hereinafter referred to in short the “Website”), the material and information contained therein as well as by using services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. The below terms of use shall apply to the entire content and to whatever the contents of its webpages may be. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice and visitors must each time check for any such changes. Terms of Use for VIP Open Bar offer

1. VIP Open Bar Offer is strictly single. Products are solely available at the dedicated spaces of the VIP sitting area marked accordingly. To access these spaces, you should carry the “VIP Open Bar” wristband (wearable).

2. Products available at the VIP Bars are as follows: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, refreshments, beer. Any other product not included in the above list will be charged according to the applicable price list.

3. According to alcohol policy in place, the minimum time interval between two successive transactions for alcohol beverage purchase may not be less than 20 minutes.

4. We reserve the right to deny access to the VIP positions to any “VIP Open Bar” offer ticket holder making excessive use of the above privileges.
