The pre-purchase of products will be available through this website – application or at specially designated counters at the event venue. After the completion of the event, any remaining balance in the virtual wallet will not be refunded but will be credited for future purchases at ADD – Six dogs CLUB – EON Athens – Hadoken events.

TERMS OF USE

The Company “PAN. PILAFAS & CO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP” (hereinafter referred to in short the “Company”) is a service provider operating under the below outlined terms of use which visitors of the website should read carefully before visiting/using the services pages. By accessing the website www.addfestival.gr (hereinafter referred to in short the “Website”), the material and information contained therein as well as by using services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. Terms of Use for VIP

VIP tickets have the following benefits:
-Fast Lane Entrance: the entrance to the Festival will be fast and without delays, from an entrance lane specially designed for VIP ticket holders.
-VIP Stage Access: VIP ticket holders will enjoy the experience of ADD 2023 from specially designed platforms which will be located next to each stage and at the same height. In addition, in some cases (if the artist and technical specifications allow it), there will be Booth Access.
-Dedicated Bar: access to specially designed VIP Bars for immediate and fast service.
-Dedicated Toilets: all VIP ticket holders will have separate toilets at the VIP area of ​​the Festival.wristband (wearable).
